ライセンスの種類と要点
ライセンスの罠には気をつけましょう！
ネット上だとフリーのプログラムライブラリや画像が「これはフリーですよ」と言っておいてありますよね？
あれ、よくよく見ると「ただし、うちのバナーを貼り付けること」や「改変禁止、商用利用不可」等書いてありますので、注意をしてください。

GPL(GNU General Public License)
オープンソース・フリーウェア用のライセンスです。- プログラムの実行
- プログラムの動作を調べ、それを改変すること
- 複製物の再頒布
- プログラムを改良し、改良を公衆にリリースする権利
- GPLライセンスのものを使用したものを作った場合、基本的にそれはGPLライセンスでなければならない

LGPL(Lesser General Public License )
GPLライセンスをベースにしたライセンス。基本的にGPLライセンスを引き継いでいますが、こちらの方が制限を緩和したライセンスです。
- LGPLライセンスの元で開発されたソースを利用したソフトウェアを開発しても、
独自開発部分のソースコードの公開は強制しない。 - GPLと違い、LGPLで作られたものはLGPLのライセンスを付与しなくてもよい
- ただし改変をして作成されたものを頒布する場合はLGPLまたはGPLライセンスである必要がある

BSD(BSD License)
とっても自由なライセンス。- 著作権の表示と免責条項さえ明記しておけば、再利用も再配布も自由となる。
- 無保証であることの明記と著作権およびライセンス条文自身の表示を再頒布の条件とするライセンス規定である。
- 商用のプログラムに取り入れることも自由である。
- ソースコードのの公開の必要性がない。

修正BSDライセンス・・・開発者名を表示しなくてもよい

MIT(MIT License)
BSDライセンスをベースに作成されたライセンス。- このソフトウェアを誰でも無償で無制限に扱って良い
- ただし、著作権表示および本許諾表示をソフトウェアのすべての複製または重要な部分に記載しなければならない
- 作者または著作権者は、ソフトウェアに関してなんら責任を負わない

CC(Creative Commons)
著作物に使えるライセンス。- 様々な作品の作者が自ら「この条件を守れば私の作品を自由に使って良いですよ」という意思表示をするためのツールです。
- CCライセンスを利用することで、作者は著作権を保持したまま作品を自由に流通させることができ、
受け手はライセンス条件の範囲内で再配布やリミックスなどをすることができます。
下記の画像によって作品仕様の条件を設定しています。
作品を複製、頒布、展示、実演を行うにあたり、著作権者の表示を要求する。
作品を複製、頒布、展示、実演を行うにあたり、非営利目的での利用に限定する。
作品を複製、頒布、展示、実演を行うにあたり、いかなる改変も禁止する。
クリエイティブ・コモンズのライセンスが付与された作品を改変・変形・加工してできた作品についても、
元になった作品のライセンスを継承させた上で頒布を認める。

パブリックドメイン (public domain）
著作権が放棄された著作物。- 著作権や商標権 が消滅ないし放棄された状態を指す。
- 厳密に言えば状態なのでライセンスではなく、ライセンスの表示等の必要はない。

他のライセンス等もありますが、今回はここまで。
またライセンスを使用する際の表記方法やライセンスのバージョンによって微妙に内容が異なるのでご注意ください。
